1. Who we are. This website is operated by Gedyon Ageba FlightLabs.io, Lychenerstraße 7, 10437 Berlin, Germany (contact details in the Imprint). "We" and "us" mean the operator named here.

2. What these terms cover. They apply when you visit and use this website. They do not cover our services. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement with you.

3. No offer. The website describes our services for information. Nothing on it is a binding offer. A contract exists only when both sides have accepted a written proposal or agreement.

4. Using the site. You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or send it malware or automated bulk requests.

5. Contact form. Anything you send through the form or by e-mail is not treated as confidential unless we have agreed that in writing, for example in a signed NDA. Please don't send secrets or personal data of third parties in the first message. Tick the NDA box if you want one first. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Our content. The texts, images, logos and design of this website belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and quote parts of the content for non-commercial, business-information purposes with a reference to the source. Any other use needs our written consent. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission.

7. Case studies and figures. Case studies describe projects delivered by our engineering team and its partners. Results depend on the client's situation and are not a promise of results for you. The information is given with care but without any guarantee that it is complete or up to date.

8. Links. The website links to third-party sites. We have no influence on their content and are not responsible for it. If we learn of unlawful content on a linked site, we remove the link.

9. Liability. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law applies (for example the Product Liability Act). For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty (one that makes proper performance possible and on which you can rely), and then only for the typical, foreseeable damage. This applies to the use of the website. Our services are governed by the liability terms in our services agreement.

10. Changes. We may change these terms and the website at any time. The version on the website on the day you use it applies.

11. Governing law. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If you are a business, the courts in Berlin have jurisdiction, to the extent the law allows.
