A Berlin-based software engineering company, founded in 2024. We build, test, secure and run production software and AI for European companies, with our engineering team in Addis Ababa, 1–2 hours from Central European Time.

FlightLabs is based in Berlin, Germany. Our engineers work from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, which is 2 hours ahead of Central European Time in winter and 1 hour in summer.

Our engineering team in Addis Ababa: engineers, testers, designers and DevOps engineers, with a team lead for every project. You meet the key people before the work starts.

Because it gives you an experienced engineering team in a working day that overlaps yours, at a cost model that suits mid-sized companies. The team works inside your EU systems under a data processing agreement, with a Berlin company as your contract partner and a team lead who is accountable for the result.

English and German. Every project team works in both, and your contract partner is a company in Berlin.
