Financial services
Software for banks, cooperatives and financial institutions
We build the systems behind shareholder records, savings and loans: roles, audit trails and reporting built in. Our engineering team has delivered them for two banks and a savings and credit cooperative, each live within four to five months.
Organisations we've built for
Where we come in
When the books run on spreadsheets and goodwill
These are the situations we are asked to fix.
Shareholder records
Shareholder records, dividends and votes live in spreadsheets, and every general meeting means weeks of manual work.
One register with dividends, voting and access control built in, and every change logged.
Savings and loans
Savings and loan accounts are handled at the counter, with reporting that arrives long after the month ends.
Member accounts, savings, loans and real-time reporting in one system, with a mobile app for customers.
Audit questions
An auditor asks who changed a record and when, and the answer takes days to find.
Audit trails and roles in the software, so the answer is one search away.
Supplier checks
Your own regulator expects you to control your ICT suppliers, and the questionnaire lands on your desk.
Clear, written answers and the contract terms your supplier checks ask for, prepared before you ask.

Rules we build for
What your regulator expects of your suppliers
This isn't legal advice: your compliance team has the final say.
ICT supplier terms (DORA).
If your institution falls under DORA, your contract with an ICT supplier must cover specific terms: service descriptions, data location, incident help, audit rights and exit (Art. 30). We go through them with you before you sign.
Supplier security (NIS2).
Banking is a sector under NIS2, which expects security in your supply chain (Art. 21(2)(d)). We make that check easy to answer.
Access and audit trails.
Every role sees only what it should, and every change is logged, so access reviews and audits are routine.
What we've built
Shareholder management and savings and loans, in production
What was built
Shareholder management systems for two banks, with records, dividends, voting and audit trails. A savings and loan system for a cooperative, with a customer mobile app.
How long it took
The shareholder systems went live five months after kickoff, the savings and loan system four months after. The full write-ups are in our case studies.
