The client had vehicles on the road every day, but decisions were made with delayed or incomplete data. That led to late deliveries, inefficient routes, reactive maintenance, and unclear fuel usage.

We built a fleet management system that combines real-time tracking, route optimization, maintenance scheduling, and driver/fuel monitoring, then connected it to existing systems so reporting reflects reality.

2) Live Tracking & Route Optimization
We developed a core tracking module for real-time vehicle tracking and automated routing logic optimization. This ensures that drivers follow the most efficient paths, directly addressing the issues of fuel waste and delivery delays.

3) Proactive Maintenance Scheduling
We introduced maintenance triggers and scheduling to reduce downtime, shifting fleet care from reactive to proactive. The system tracks vehicle health and schedules service before failures occur, ensuring higher fleet availability.

4) Monitoring & Data Analytics
We implemented monitoring tools for driver behavior and fuel usage. By applying data analytics to these streams, the the team can detect unsafe patterns (compliance) and fuel loss early.
